  1. Loads of walking and enjoying the sunshine today. Some meditation and fairly good eating, although I was definitely eating for pleasure only with my second helping of roast dinner. I avoided biscuits, sweets (mostly), pudding and drinking (aside from one small glass of wine), whilst everyone around me indulged.

  2. Had a wonderful day today, meditating two times, running for half an hour on campus and enjoying the sunshine!
    Feel generally very well and will keep on with the program. There are challenging times ahead and such a regime may help me tremendously in enduring and thriving in them…
    Galen, you were an awesome person!
